This review is from: Nautica Blue By Nautica For Men Edt Spray 3.4 Oz (Health and Beauty) I've read some of the bad reviews here and how they describe the scent and began to ask myself, "why did they buy this in the first place?" I found this for super cheap on Amazon and decided to make this a blind buy after reading some reviews about it. The reviews from other sites mentioned it was a more sophisticated version of Davidoff's Cool Water, but it really isn't. I got this home and decided to try it on, thinking it might have notes of citrus, but this cologne is nothing but an aquatic. At first I was disappointed, but then realized just looking at the design of the box and bottle that this cologne was meant recreate the crisp, clean, and fresh scent coming from the ocean. It's fresh, aquatic, and has a hint of blueberry. I'm currently trying to finish up my sporty fragrances, before making this my everyday cologne. I still use this every once in a while when I get tired of the usual frags I use. It's great, and for the price - who can complain? It's mild and not over-powering. As soon as I apply it to my skin, it smells like mild vodka and in few seconds, it gives out a pleasant aquatic fragrance. Although, I have observed that the fragrance on the skin (hand/neck) does not hold all day long but it does keep the fragrance on the shirt. I have tried other fragrances in this price range ($15-30) but very disappointed by their flowery smell. This one does not disappoint. I use this for everyday application. This is definitely not for special occasions, keep a bottle of John Varvatos or BVLGari or something that fits your skin. Goodluck shopping and try it, you might like it as well. I highly recommend using this light. It was a lifesaver in a low light wedding event. I mainly shoot video, so this light is awesome for the $$. This light is so bright, I've even used it as a fill light in various lighting situations. Update: After using the light a little longer, I'm still a huge fan for the price. However, I should mention a couple of cons (all of which are minor imo). 1. The tungsten filter is too orange for my tastes. So, if you are relying on this light because of the tungsten filter, you may want to reconsider or make your own filter. There's a nice little slot where the filters slide into. 2. The construction is plastic, however, I wouldn't go so far as to say it's cheap plastic. I feel comfortable with the construction, but don't expect it to be indestructible. All in all, this light still gets 5 stars. I shoot weddings several times a year and I find that if I use two of these on stands to light up a dance floor and use one on my video camera I never have a lighting problem. This company has the best price that I have found, enough so where you can afford to purchase several to light up dark areas of your video shoot. A great light and a great deal. I used this light for the first time this weekend and was very impressed. Despite it's size it is incredibly light weight. There is a toggle switch which turns the light on as well as functioning as a dimmer. The light can go from what I would call "fill" level to almost lighting the whole room. It gave me enough options to provide enough light throughout the entire evening. It came with two filters which help some, but I found the stock white filter to provide the perfect level and tone for the event. Battery life seems great. I used 6 AA and did not have to change the batteries until almost the end of the evening (I had been recording for almost 3 hours at that point). My only negative comment would be the plastic base it sits on. It fit nicely into my shoe mount, but was hard to get the right angle. For the price it can't get any better! These issues have now been addressed. This cover folds back beautifully and the pocket is flush with the case. The cover closes perfectly as well. No longer a problem with it not being flush with the kindle. This cover feels very soft yet sturdy in the hands. It's pricey but if you are interested in spending money on a high quality leather cover this is a great one. Too many covers for the kindle just feel like gadget cases and I wanted something that looked like a leather book cover. This gives me that. I feel like I am reading from an old leatherbound book with this cover. I also feel its very durable and should keep very well. It weighs 7.6 ounces for anyone interested. These issues have now been addressed. This cover folds back beautifully and the pocket is flush with the case. The cover closes perfectly as well. No longer a problem with it not being flush with the kindle. This cover feels very soft yet sturdy in the hands. It's pricey but if you are interested in spending money on a high quality leather cover this is a great one. Too many covers for the kindle just feel like gadget cases and I wanted something that looked like a leather book cover. This gives me that. I feel like I am reading from an old leatherbound book with this cover. I also feel its very durable and should keep very well. It weighs 7.6 ounces for anyone interested.
