These issues have now been addressed. This cover folds back beautifully and the pocket is flush with the case. The cover closes perfectly as well. No longer a problem with it not being flush with the kindle. This cover feels very soft yet sturdy in the hands. It's pricey but if you are interested in spending money on a high quality leather cover this is a great one. Too many covers for the kindle just feel like gadget cases and I wanted something that looked like a leather book cover. This gives me that. I feel like I am reading from an old leatherbound book with this cover. I also feel its very durable and should keep very well. It weighs 7.6 ounces for anyone interested.
